This beginner friendly programme provides a welcoming supportive and inspiring environment where adults can learn ballet fundamentals comfortably regardless of previous dance experience

Participants will learn basic ballet positions movements and techniques while developing strength flexibility balance coordination posture focus grace and confidence

Whether you are completely new to ballet or returning to dance after a break this programme offers a wonderful opportunity to learn something new challenge yourself and enjoy the beauty of ballet

For the class please wear comfortable fitted clothing such as leggings with a fitted top or comfortable activewear that allows easy movement Participants may also wear a simple fitted dance outfit or leotard with tights if available Ballet shoes are welcome if available but are not compulsory for the introductory class
