'Korika' is a story of Yallaiya and Mallaiya, two brothers from a small village in Andhra Pradesh. The elder brother, Yallaiya, is content to be with his small family, the river flowing through the village, the green fields, animals, birds, and paintings. While the younger brother, Mallaiya, asks for everything that his elder brother has. When drought hits their village, the children have to find the strength to face this grim reality. Hope comes to them in the form of Korika the kite. Through the experiences of these two brothers, we see a uniquely beautiful glimpse of childhood in rural India.
'Kalpana Ki Cycle' is a beautiful story about a little girl who gets a cycle from her mother. She really wants to ride it, but she does not know how to. Her brother offers to teach her. She tries diligently but keeps falling. One day she bruises her leg badly and is told to rest until it heals. Will she be able to ride it after this incident or will she decide that cycling is just not for
her? This is a story about a girl who never gives up!
