Terms and Conditions

To organize a trek or trip we need at least 10 to 12 participants
If the minimum number of bookings is not met we will offer an alternative trek or trip or reschedule
Plastic items are prohibited on certain treks as per Forest Department guidelines
Participants are requested not to carry plastic materials
In case of unforeseen circumstances participants are requested to cooperate
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days before the trip
Rescheduling is allowed only within 30 days of the original trip date
After 30 days no rescheduling or refund will be provided
The itinerary may change due to weather traffic or other unforeseen situations
Pickup and drop timings are tentative
Facilities are neat and basic
Accommodation may include tents dormitories rooms or other available arrangements
Average fitness is required to participate
Refunds for cancellations from our side will be processed within 5 to 7 working days after departure
Food provided wherever included will be basic vegetarian food
NammaTrip is not responsible for loss of personal belongings valuables or jewellery
Participants should maintain cleanliness and avoid littering
Participants are responsible for the risks involved in outdoor activities
If permits are unavailable an alternative activity or rescheduling will be provided
Management decision is final
Participants must arrange their own transport to the pickup point
Terms and Conditions may be revised from time to time
NammaTrip is not responsible for injuries or accidents during the event
Participants consuming alcohol misbehaving or causing delays will be removed without refund
Littering smoking and alcohol consumption are not allowed during the trip
Activities may change due to weather conditions or government restrictions
No refund will be provided for such changes
Cancellation and refund are subject to third party policies
Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded
Participants are advised to arrive at least 20 minutes before pickup time
The itinerary may change due to permit issues or unforeseen circumstances
If permits are unavailable an alternate plan or rescheduling will be provided
No refund will be available for permit related changes
