The Hidden Framework is a 2 hour+ immersive workshop exploring the invisible conditioning that shapes your identity, behaviour and life choices. From caregivers and schooling to social structures and cultural expectations, we inherit belief systems long before we realise it. This session unpacks how these frameworks form, how they influence our reactions, and why many adult struggles stem from unconscious programming. This is structured self-inquiry designed to create clarity and deeper self-awareness.
