The Inner Reset Retreat in Rishikesh

The Inner Reset is a five-day, four-night wellness retreat in the hills of Rishikesh, designed to give you time away from your usual routine to move, rest, reflect, and reconnect.

From 19-23 November, stay at Neer Ganga Resorts overlooking the Ganga valley and move through a thoughtfully paced programme led by Rupali and Karishma. The retreat brings together Hatha and restorative yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, aqua sound healing, journaling, art, gentle outdoor walks, and time for yourself.

The experience also brings in elements of Rishikesh that are difficult to recreate elsewhere. Begin the retreat with an anushthan and havan, gather for an evening of kirtan, practise yoga by the Ganga at Shivpuri, and visit Shatrughan Ghat for Ganga aarti. These rituals are invitations rather than obligations. You are welcome to participate, observe, or sit out.

There is no requirement to have practised yoga or meditation before. Come alone or with someone you know, and join at a pace that works for you.

Your booking includes four nights at Neer Ganga Resorts, vegetarian meals during the retreat, all scheduled sessions with Rupali and Karishma, sound and aqua sound healing, scheduled outings, and transport and charges for activities included in the programme. Travel to and from Rishikesh is separate.

The group is limited to 20 participants, and the Wegathr team remains on site throughout the retreat, so the practical details are taken care of while you focus on the experience.
