As we grow, these routines slowly become beliefs, habits, and rules that we rarely question. We become so used to the way society teaches us to live that, somewhere along the way, we begin to lose our individuality and stop asking:

Who decided this is how life should be?

Unlearn Yourself is not a lecture, a therapy session, or a usual wellness show. It is an interactive experience where fun, music, laughter, stories, and reflection come together.

What to Expect

1. A visual meditation with a musical journey.
2. Fun and engaging group games.
3. A unique storytelling experience blending comedy, real-life stories, and meaningful realizations.
4. Reflective moments to explore the different learnings we carry with us.
5. A welcoming space to connect with yourself and others.

Important Instructions
1. Please arrive by 3:40 PM sharp. Late entry may disrupt the experience for other participants. We request everyone to be punctual.
2. Participants are requested not to wear socks, as the session will be conducted barefoot.
