In Detangle Life, storyteller, writer and performance artist Mehak Mirza Prabhu draws on personal narratives to explore questions of identity, belonging and the ways we understand ourselves. The session considers the roles we take on, the expectations we navigate and how our perspectives change over time.

Known for weaving together memory, family and personal experience, Mehak invites audiences to reflect on their own lives and hear familiar questions through different perspectives. The session offers an open space for listening, reflection and conversation, without easy answers or prescriptions.
