TOUR SCHEDULE
Day 1
06:30 PM Report at Shivajinagar Railway Station.
06:45 PM Board the train towards Lonavala.
08:30 PM Reach Lonavala Railway Station and travel by jeep or rickshaw towards the base village.
09:30 PM Reach the base village and begin the forest trek towards the campsite.
10:30 PM Reach the campsite and pitch your tents beside the lake.
Enjoy dinner, campfire, storytelling, stargazing and free time at the campsite.
Day 2
08:00 AM Wake up, freshen up and enjoy the morning surroundings. Capture some beautiful pictures.
09:00 AM Return to the base village and have breakfast and tea.
10:00 AM Depart for Pune by train.
12:00 PM Reach Pune. Timings may vary depending on train schedules and local transport arrangements.

Please do not carry or wear valuables, ornaments or jewellery. The organisers will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
Trekking and camping are adventure activities and involve inherent risks. Participants must follow the instructions of trek leaders and local guides.
Smoking, alcohol, tobacco and other intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited.
Participants must respect the campsite and surrounding natural environment. Littering and disturbing wildlife are strictly prohibited.
Train seats and local vehicle arrangements are subject to operational availability.
The exact campsite location and arrangements may be subject to change depending on weather and local conditions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Smoking, drinking alcohol and using intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited. Team United Travellers of India reserves the right to remove any participant found violating these rules without refund.
Littering and throwing garbage are strictly prohibited. Participants must carry their waste until proper disposal is available.
Playing loud music in forest areas and other natural surroundings is prohibited.
Writing on or damaging historical places, monuments or natural sites is strictly prohibited.
Tent allocation will be managed by the team captains. Specific allocation requests may not be accommodated.
Team captains' decisions regarding safety and trip arrangements will be final for the mutual benefit of all participants.
If the behaviour of any participant is likely to cause distress or harm to themselves, staff members or other participants, the organisers reserve the right to terminate their participation. The participant will have to make their own arrangements thereafter.
In case of injury, illness or emergency during the trek or camping experience, participants will be responsible for their medical, rescue and evacuation expenses. Basic first aid support will be available.
Weather conditions, train delays or operational requirements may necessitate changes to the itinerary. No refund will be applicable for changes arising from such circumstances.

CANCELLATION POLICY
No refund on cancellations.
No show means no refund.
Event tickets cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation.
If the event is cancelled by the organiser, only the trek amount will be refunded. Applicable tax amounts will not be refunded.
In case of cancellation due to natural calamities, political unrest or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the organisers' control, no monetary refund will be provided.
Once the trek or journey has commenced, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
