Terms and Conditions

To organize a trek or trip we need at least 10 to 12 participants
If the minimum number of bookings is not met we will offer an alternative trek or trip or reschedule
As per Forest Department guidelines plastic items are strictly prohibited on certain treks Participants are requested to avoid carrying plastic materials
In case of any unforeseen circumstances or issues during the trek or trip participants are requested to cooperate while we work to resolve the situation or provide an alternative solution
Any requests for rescheduling the trek or trip will be considered only if made at least 5 days before the original trip start date
Rescheduling requests must be made within one month 30 days of the original trip date After this period no rescheduling will be allowed and no refund will be issued
The itinerary is subject to change based on weather conditions traffic delays or other unforeseen situations
Pickup and drop timings are tentative and will be confirmed before the trip Delays may occur due to traffic or weather conditions
Our facilities are neat and basic not luxurious
Our accommodations may include sleeping bags tents dormitories rooms with beds or sleeping bags under the open sky
Average fitness level is required to participate in the trip We will not be responsible if any participant is unable to complete the activities due to personal limitations
In case of cancellation from our end refund will be initiated after the day of departure and credited within 5 to 7 working days
Food provided will be basic delicious vegetarian food
NammaTrip shall not be responsible for belongings valuables jewellery or personal items
Every participant should be responsible for keeping places clean and avoiding littering
Participants agree to understand the risks involved in outdoor activities
Due to any issues if the trip cannot happen an alternative will be provided and participants have to cooperate with management decisions
Management decision is final
Participants must arrange their own transport to reach the designated pickup points
Terms and Conditions may be revised from time to time and updated accordingly
Namma Trip is not responsible for injuries or accidents during the event
Any participant consuming alcohol misbehaving or causing delays will be removed from the event without refund Such participants must arrange their own transport back
Littering smoking and consumption of alcohol are not allowed during the trip
In case of weather conditions or government restrictions activities may be cancelled and alternative arrangements will be provided No refund will be given
Cancellation and refund are based on third party policies
Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded
Participants are recommended to arrive at least 20 minutes before the pickup time
The itinerary may change due to unforeseen circumstances Day plans may be modified accordingly
If any activity is unavailable an alternate activity will be provided or rescheduling option will be given No refund available
