In the event that a trek is cancelled due to the unavailability of forest permits we will either offer a similar trek as an alternative or provide the option to reschedule your trek to a future date
Please ensure that you connect with our team at least 2 days prior to your departure date to receive trip confirmation and complete travel details

It is mandatory to get confirmation from our team before proceeding to the pickup point NammaTrip will not be responsible for any inconvenience caused if a participant arrives at the pickup location without receiving trip details and confirmation from our end

Day 0 Departure from Bangalore

Pickup starts from Bangalore on Friday evening at 0800 PM

Day 1 Tadiandamol Trek

Morning Arrive at the homestay at Tadiandamol base Freshen up and enjoy breakfast
Trek Start Begin the trek from the base through dense jungles and scenic landscapes
Summit Spend time at the peak enjoying panoramic views
Afternoon Descend back to the base Relax with tea coffee at the homestay
Evening Enjoy a campfire Dinner and overnight stay at the homestay

Day 2 Sightseeing and Departure

Wake up in the morning Freshen up and have breakfast
Pack your bags and get ready to bid goodbye to this beautiful place
On the way back Visit Golden Temple Kushalnagara
Have self sponsored lunch on the way
Reach Bangalore by 1100 PM Approx

Terms and Conditions

To organize a trek trip we need at least 10 12 participants
If the minimum number of bookings is not met we will offer an alternative trek trip or reschedule
As per Forest Department guidelines plastic items are strictly prohibited on certain treks Participants are requested to refrain from carrying any plastic materials to ensure compliance
In case of any unforeseen circumstances or issues during the trek trip we kindly request your cooperation and patience while we work to resolve the situation or provide an alternative solution
Any requests for rescheduling the trek trip will be considered only if made at least 5 days before the trip original start date
Rescheduling requests must be made within one month 30 days of the original trip date After this period no rescheduling will be allowed and no refund will be issued for cancellations or changes
The itinerary is subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions traffic delays or other situational factors
Pickup and drop timings are tentative and will be confirmed and communicated before the trek Delays may occur due to traffic or weather conditions
Our facilities are neat and basic not luxurious
Our accommodations are many times sleeping bags and tents dormitories rooms with beds and sometimes just sleeping bags under the glittering sky
The average level of fitness is required to participate in the trek We will not be responsible if any participant is unable to get to the summit due to their own limitations
In case of cancellation from our end Refund will be initiated after the day of departure and it will be credited by 5 to 7 working days
The food provided will be basic delicious vegetarian food
NammaTrip shall not be responsible for any of your belongings valuables jewellery etc
We expect every participant to be responsible for littering Please keep every place we visit clean
You agree to indemnify yourself for the risks involved in the outings varying from destination to destination
Due to permit issues if there is any trek not happening we will provide an alternative trek and at such situations you have to cooperate with the management decision
Management decision is the final decision
We have designated pickup and drop points Make your own arrangements of transport to the desired pickup point accordingly
We may revise the Terms and Conditions from time to time by updating this posting The revised terms will take effect when they are posted
Namma Trip is not responsible if any injuries or accidents occur during the event
Any client consuming alcohol misbehaving or causing delay during the event will be terminated from the event without any prior warning and no refund will be given Such clients should arrange their own transport on the way back NammaTrip does not hold the responsibility of terminated clients
Littering smoking and consumption of alcohol are banned outdoors or anytime during the trek We will provide you with a time and place to enjoy your drinks
In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases we will try to provide an alternate feasible activity However no refund will be provided for the same
Cancellation Refund is done by the third party based on their policies
Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded
We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the venue
Please note that the itinerary is subject to change in case of permit issues or other unforeseen circumstances In such cases Day 1 may include sightseeing and the trek may be rescheduled to Day 2 Additionally the return to Bangalore might be delayed accordingly We appreciate your understanding and cooperation
If a trek permit is not available we will take you to an alternate trek or we can reschedule your trek No refund is available
