Three clans of seabirds-the Albatross, Storm Petrels, and Shearwaters-embark on a perilous migration in search of a safe home as their habitats come under threat. Bound by a shared struggle for survival, they must learn to trust one another despite their differences.
As they journey across the vast ocean, they encounter exhaustion, uncertainty, and forces beyond their control. A powerful magnetic storm disrupts their navigation, scattering the flock and testing the strength of their alliance. Luma, a young Storm Petrel, defies her father`s wishes and follows the migration, determined to prove her courage. Along the way, she encounters Mirra, the mysterious Ghost Wing, a spirit who carries the memory of a species lost to time.
As the birds face devastating losses, they are forced to confront the consequences of a world changing around them. Their journey becomes a story of sacrifice, resilience, and the fragile bonds that unite different communities. Through poetic language, physical storytelling, and a powerful ensemble, `Ghost Wing` explores the relationship between humanity and the natural world. It asks what happens when the places we call home can no longer sustain us. Ultimately, the play reminds us that survival is not merely about reaching safety, but about finding the courage to build a future together.
