The Gift of Listening

Sometimes All We Need Is Someone To Talk To

Do you want to be heard

If yes come and talk with us

We are here to listen

Talking without fear of judgment can help you feel lighter

Sharing your thoughts worries and fears can help ease your mind

We are creating a safe and welcoming space where you can talk and be heard

We are not therapists or counselors

We are people who believe in listening connecting and sharing experiences

This may be a one to one conversation or a small group discussion depending on who joins

What matters most is that every conversation is genuine heartfelt and free from judgment

While you are here take a moment to explore our creative activities

You may discover something you would love to try another time
