Fortepiano Academy Annual Recital: Winter Showcase 2027

Join us on Sunday, 31 January 2027 at Alliance Francaise Bangalore for a full day of live piano performances by the students and teachers of Fortepiano Academy.

Over 60 performers will take the stage, from first-time beginners to advanced pianists. Each session also includes teacher and guest performances, so you will hear every stage of the learning journey in one day.

Schedule

Session 1: 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM

Session 2: 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM

Session 3: 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM

Each session features around 20 performances. There is a 30-minute break between the first two sessions and a longer lunch break before the third.

Good to know

1. One ticket is valid for the entire day. Attend one session or all three.
2. The list of performers in each session will be announced one week before the recital.
3. Doors open 30 minutes before each session. Please arrive on time, as late entry is only allowed between performances.
4. A ticket is required for every attendee, including performers` families.
5. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
6. Seating is limited, so please book early.
7. Dress code: formals.
8. Children under 3 are not recommended, so that every performer gets a quiet hall.
9. Parking is available at the venue
10. Please keep phones on silent. Photography without flash is welcome, but please don`t record during performances, as every performer receives a professionally edited video.
11. Please enter and exit between performances, not during them.

About Fortepiano Academy

Fortepiano is a structured, curriculum-led piano academy offering in-home lessons across Bangalore. Our students follow a graded pathway built on five pillars (repertoire, technique, sight-reading, aural training and theory), with Trinity and ABRSM exam pathways. Twice a year, our students perform on a grand piano. This recital is that showcase.
