Reiki & Sound Bath

Reiki & Sound Bath
An Immersive Wellness Experience

Discover the calming interplay of Reiki and sound healing in a 90-minute immersive experience at Nihshreyasa, Fort Kochi.

This collaborative session brings together Reiki by Ktien Hima and a Sound Bath by Jerry, allowing both practices to unfold simultaneously. As Ktien Hima facilitates Reiki, Jerry creates a rich soundscape using Tibetan singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments, inviting you into a space of relaxation, stillness, and inward awareness.

The experience offers a gentle pause from the pace of everyday life. Through the combination of energy work and immersive sound, you are invited to settle into the present moment, ease the tension of a busy day, and enjoy time dedicated to rest and reflection.

Whether you are exploring Reiki and sound healing for the first time or already familiar with these practices, this session offers an opportunity to experience them in a shared, immersive setting.

No prior experience is required. Participants can rest comfortably throughout the session and receive the experience at their own pace.

Join us at Nihshreyasa for a morning of Reiki and sound, thoughtfully brought together to create space for relaxation and stillness.
