Hannah Grace – Crystal Clear Tour 2027

Welsh singer-songwriter Hannah Grace returns to the UK stage with her Crystal Clear Tour 2027, a journey that embraces her soulful vocals and heartfelt songwriting. Hannah’s music gracefully blends folk influences with jazz-inflected warmth, echoing the spirit of artists like Joni Mitchell, Carole King, and Stevie Nicks. Her transparent lyricism and emotive delivery offer country and Americana fans a captivating listening experience that is both intimate and expansive.

In her decade-long career, Hannah has accumulated over 60 million streams worldwide, a testament to her expansive appeal beyond her Welsh roots. Known notably for her unique take on Fatboy Slim’s ‘Praise You,’ which found prominence in high-profile campaigns for Lloyds Bank and Lancôme featuring Julia Roberts, she balances her widely recognized covers with original material that resonates deeply. Her latest release, the single Rest Of My Life, issued in March 2026, includes three tracks — the title song plus ‘As You Are’ and ‘Future Self’ — showcasing her reflective songwriting and warm vocal tone.

Hannah Grace shared with fans: “APRIL 2027 see you there?! beyond excited to be going ON TOUR again next year going back to my faves and playing my first ever shows in FAVERSHAM, SOUTHAMPTON, NARBERTH & NORTH DEVON.”

Having shared stages with prominent names like Hozier, Seal, and appearing alongside Barbra Streisand at Hyde Park, Hannah’s performances convey both a technical assurance honed through formal jazz vocal training and an instinctive connection to her songs’ emotional core. Supported by BBC Radio 2 and BBC Radio Wales, she offers a compelling discovery for listeners who appreciate the confluence of soul, folk, jazz, and the singer-songwriter tradition.
