Jungdam | Plant-based recipes using heritage Korean products

Le Cordon Bleu London is delighted to invite you to join us for

an evening with Jungdam.

Jungdam are a curator of artisanal Korean products, warmly

sharing the experience of Korea's heritage and craftsmanship by

introducing traditionally made Korean ingredients from the finest

artisans in Korea with generational experience.

During this event, Le Cordon Bleu Master Chef, Colin Barnett,

will showcase these ingredients in a range of plant-based recipes

including:

Gochujang pancakes with perilla and green onion

Tofu and Doenjang soup

Radish and rocket Geotjeori

Braised Sweet potato shoots
