Paws & Sound: Dog-Friendly Sound Healing Experience

Some evenings you just need to slow down, breathe out and be
around good people. And good dogs.
Paws & Sound is a gentle evening for dogs and the humans who
love them. We start with a relaxed group walk so everyone can say
hello, then head inside St Philip's Church for a sound journey with
crystal singing bowls and other soothing instruments.
You lie back and let the sound wash over you, while your dog
settles wherever feels right. Nobody has to sit perfectly still.
It's simply time to feel calm, grounded and close to the ones you
love.
Afterwards we stay to chat and connect while the dogs play. So
many people leave feeling lighter, clearer and a little less alone
in this big city.
You don't need a dog to come. If you love dogs, you belong here
too. Come on your own, with a friend, or with your four legged best
friend.
The evening: 7:00pm meet at St Philip's Church for a group dog
walk. 7:30pm sound journey begins. 8:30pm time to socialise and
connect. 9:00pm we say goodbye.
Please bring: anything that helps your dog feel at home, like
their favourite blanket or bed.
We would love to see you there.
