Step inside the Toymakers' Grotto
and become part of a magical Christmas story!
Santa’s workshop is busier than
ever, and the Toymakers need YOUR help. Join us
for a playful, hands-on festive adventure, complete an important
Toymaker task and explore the workshop before enjoying the most
magical moment of all, a special family visit with
Santa.

🎄 Your Journey 🎄
Your adventure begins inside the
Toymakers' Grotto, where children will join a
small group of young Toymakers for a fun, interactive toy-making
experience.
Once their important task is
complete, it’s time to meet Santa! Each family
will enjoy their own visit together, with time to chat, take
photographs and soak up a little North Pole magic.
Every participating child will also
receive a special Christmas gift from Santa.
🎄 A Few Things to Know 🎄
Perfect for little
Toymakers:
Best suited to children aged
4–8, although younger and older children are very
welcome. An age-appropriate activity will be available for our
youngest visitors.
Small group
experience:
The Toymaker’s Workshop is shared
with a small number of families, with a maximum of 8–10
participating children per group.
Your family Santa
visit:
Families meet Santa together, with
the opportunity to take your own photographs.
Allow around 35
minutes:
This includes a 15-minute
Toymakers' Workshop experience, time to enjoy the festive
atmosphere and your family visit with Santa.
Please arrive 10 minutes
early so our Toymakers can keep Santa’s workshop running
to schedule.

Children:
£15
Adults: £5
Every participating child receives a
special gift from Santa.
Children must be accompanied by a
responsible adult at all times, with at least 1 adult for
every 3 children. Parents and accompanying adults remain
responsible for their children throughout the experience.

Please note that the first session
of each day will be reserved for, and bookable by, families with
children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND),
including children who may benefit from a calmer, more accessible
grotto experience.
