Join us for a guest chef demonstration, featuring Javier Duarte,

a private and performance chef working with UHNW families and

elite athletes.

Chef Javier has over 20 years of experience in the culinary

world, specialising in Spanish, French, and Mediterranean

cuisine.

Throughout his career, he has worked in Michelin-starred

restaurants, Relais & Châteaux properties, and luxury dining

establishments across Europe.

He is passionate about blending tradition with innovation and

pushing boundaries to create memorable dining experiences.

Chef Javier will focus on Cooking for Performance: The New Role

of the Private Chef in Elite Sport. He will demonstrate two dishes

that show that performance cooking should not mean compromising on

culinary technique, flavour or presentation and the skill of

understanding the nutritional objective and then using your

knowledge as chefs to execute it appropriately.
