What's included in my
purchase?
When you come to bake
with us we take care of everything.
On The Day - On the day we provide all your
ingredients, recipe, aprons, a fancy box to take away your creation
in and we do all the washing up
Bake At Home - Our specially created digital
download of ‘The Big Bakes Mini Recipe e-Book’ so you can host your
very own baking competition at home- valued at
£13.50pp. Certain Monday night bookings do
not include our e-book download.

Yes, you can find more

I want
to book for a group, how do I do this?
If you
would like to book for a group, you can simply buy your tickets
above, and increase the number of people attending to the desired
amount. The minimum booking number is two people, as we have a team
of two at each bake station. If your party is an odd number then
you are very welcome to bake in a three.

Can I bake
in a three?
Of course,
When joining us with an odd number, one group will bake in a team
of three at one of our fab bake stations
All guests
require a ticket, so just select the number of tickets for your
party for your preferred date and time. Please note - if you would
like everyone to bake at separate stations, i.e. one pair at one
station and one guest on their own, then you will need to select
four tickets to book two stations for your group. Or click here to

Can I
hire the entire marquee?
No
problem.
No problem. To have the whole marquee
to yourselves for one of our public sessions, just book all 24
tickets through DesignMyNight. If your group includes any young
bakers, please note that extra paid supervising adults may be
needed under our Young Bakers Policy, so do check this before
booking. If you’d like a private session at a time not listed, or
want to bring more than 24 people, just complete our enquiry form
available here.

Can
children attend?
Yes of
course, we welcome families down every week. Our only sessions not
available to children are our 8.00 or 8.30pm
sessions.

I have a dietary
requirement?
That is no problem at all.
Just complete our Online Dietary Form.

I have
already booked, when should I arrive?
Please
arrive 20 minutes early to your event as we welcome bakers in early
for your pre-bake brief.

Can I
book just for myself?
Yes of
course. We do have a minimum booking requirement of two people per
station, but if you would like an entire bake station to yourself,
you can! Just select two tickets, and process a booking for two
people.

Are
ingredients provided?
Yes, just
bring yourself!

Can
children attend The Big Manchester Bake?

Young bakers are very welcome to join us! Any children under the
age of 18 must bake alongside a responsible adult, in line with our
Young Bakers Policy:

Ages 14–17: one responsible adult per 4 children attending.

Ages 6–13: a maximum of two children per responsible adult. The
adult must bake at the same station as the children and needs their
own ticket.

Age 5 and under: must bake alongside two responsible adults.

Children will need to be supervised when using the ovens and
hobs, and our friendly team will be on hand to help with safe use
of these. If you’re booking tickets for under-18s, please email us
at [email protected] to confirm the ages, number
of children attending, and the date and time of your booking.

How much
is it for children to attend The Big Manchester
Bake?
All ticket
prices are as listed on our website. Children under the age of 5
are free of charge when baking in a 3 alongside 2 full price
tickets. If you wish to bring any children under the age of 5 to
our event, please email us at

I am running late, can I
start the bake late?
Our sessions start promptly
at the time listed on your ticket. We suggest all bakers arrive 20
minutes before your start time. We always try where possible to
accommodate late arrivals, but unfortunately late arrivals over 15
minutes will not be able to join the session as all our baking
experience is carefully planned to last the full 90 minutes.
Tickets can’t be moved or refunded for late arrivals.
