Class Details
Select from 24 different botanicals to create your own gin
recipe while discovering the fascinating history of
juniper-flavoured spirits.  Over approximately 2.5
hours,  our expert hosts will guide you through the
intricacies of gin flavours and the art of creating a balanced gin
recipe You’ll then
take on the role of master distiller, responsible for weighing out
your chosen ingredients and distilling them in a mini copper pot
still. You'll then test the ABV and bottle the final product, and
even make a gin cocktail with your very own gin!
At the end of the class, we’ll keep a record of your recipe so
your gin can be re-ordered in the future.
