Located inside the old Metal Box Factory, in the heart of London
Bridge and minutes from the Tate modern, Bankside & Borough market;
BRIX London is a New York-inspired bar and restaurant space,
designed as a multi-faceted venue for guests to eat, drink, dance
and socialise together. Join us every Saturday for our Bottomless
Brunch and Night Brunch!
Brix has a large bar space directly upon entering, with the main
dining hall where guests can feast on the exciting dishes included
in our brunch menu and enjoy the bottomless drinks on offer, whilst
being entertained by our team of DJ's and musicians! Brix also has
a small semi-private dining room available off of the main
room.
Indulge in a premium dining experience featuring a curated
selection of Brix favorites. Guests can enjoy two delicious
courses, beginning with starters like Blistered Padron Peppers
seasoned with smoked chilli salt, a crisp Caesar Salad with grilled
chicken and crunchy filo, or Brix's signature Sweet Corn Fritters
served with a spicy jalapeno mayo.

For the main event, dive into a feast of flavors with choices
ranging from tender Baby Back Pork Ribs smothered in BBQ sauce to
the Char-grilled Seabass paired with anchovy chimichurri or opt for
the legendary BRIX Burger featuring dry-aged beef and burnt onions.
Alternatively, elevate your meal with a succulent Bavette Steak
served with rich garlic butter (£10 supplement). A delicious
selection of sides and puddings can be added with a supplement.

Bottomless drink choices include Prosecco, Aperol Spritz,
Sangria & Brix House Lager and guests may upgrade to Pornstar
Martinis & Brix Rum Punch cocktails for an extra £10 per
person.
