Christmas Party

This event isn't intended to make a profit. The money goes to

your food, hire of the room and the jazz band. This is The Guitar

Social's gift to you for your support this year and in years gone

by.

What we'll be doing

Your ticket gets you a three course meal with 35 other musicians

in a private room overlooking Victoria Park. We have a professional

jazz band in made up of drums, piano, trumpet, upright bass and

saxaphone. Amongst their own favourites they'll be dropping some

festive jazz standards into the set.

Eating Christmas dinner by the glow of a Christmas tree while a

jazz band plays, personally, I couldn't think of anything more

festive.

Once the dinner is done, we'll be clearing the floor for some

dancing and then later, it's Christmas Rockioke with Thomas on

guitar and whoever wants to blast out their faviroute Christmas

song on vocals.

Feel free to use it as a chance to dress up. Or, a Kurt says,

come as you are.
