An overnight session of soothing music and gong vibes that'll
leave you feeling totally refreshed and zen.
Step into a night unlike any other.
For one night only, an exceptional gathering of internationally
acclaimed sound artists and musicians will come together in London
for an immersive overnight sound healing journey — bringing
together ancient instruments, sacred frequencies and extraordinary
talent from different corners of the world.
Set within the stunning surroundings of Colet House in Barons
Court, this special overnight experience invites you to slow down,
surrender and journey deep into sound.
Throughout the night, you’ll be immersed in a rich tapestry of
sound featuring gongs, didgeridoo, crystal and Himalayan singing
bowls, piano, harp, drums, chimes, world instruments and other
ancient and contemporary sound healing modalities.
Our carefully curated international artists are travelling from
different parts of the world to create this unique experience
together — a rare collaboration taking place in London for one
night only.
You’ll be guided through waves of resonance, rhythm and
vibration, moving from powerful and grounding sounds into softer,
deeply meditative frequencies. There will be space to rest,
release, breathe, dream and simply be.
As the night deepens, the experience continues — allowing you to
remain immersed in the sound field rather than returning to the
outside world.
Schedule:
8:00 PM – Doors Open. Last entry 9:00 pm. Arrive early to set up
your sleeping space, settle in, enjoy a warm herbal tea, and begin
to unwind in the gentle ambience.
9:15 PM – Breathwork & Energy Grounding. A gentle, guided
breathwork to calm the nervous system, open the energetic channels,
and prepare body and mind for the sound journey.
9:30 PM to 6:30 AM – Overnight Sound Journey. Lie down and be
immersed in a continuous flow of sound, created with the piano,
harp, gongs, vocals, Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, flute, and
other healing instruments. The night will unfold in sonic waves
designed to guide you through dreamlike states, deep rest, and
inner healing.
6:30 – 7:00 AM – Silence & Stillness. A quiet space to allow the
body to fully absorb the sound, integrate the journey, and gently
return to waking consciousness.
7:00 - 7:30AM – Sharing Circle. An optional opportunity to
reflect, share experiences, and connect in a held, supportive
space.
7:30 AM - 8:00AM – Pack Down & Departure. Gently begin to pack
up your bedding and leave the space with calm and care.
What to Expect:
You’ll be lying down for the night in a safe, nurturing
environment while a curated soundscape helps dissolve tension,
clear stagnant energy, and promote nervous system regulation.
Participants often report profound inner journeys, emotional
releases, enhanced sleep, or simply a night of deep, uninterrupted
rest.
It is recommended to clear your schedule on Sunday so you can
have a day of rest and integration. You may feel more tired than
usual.
No prior experience with meditation or sound healing is
necessary. Just bring yourself and your willingness to rest and
receive.
What to Bring:
This is your sleep sanctuary for the night, so bring anything
you need to remain warm and comfortable:
Padded camping mat, or air mattress (something soft to lie on
all night)
A sleeping bag or warm blanket
Pillow(s)
Eye mask
Water bottle and/or thermo (tea available at venue)
Comfortable clothing
Snacks (no noisy packets)
Optional: journal, sacred items, crystals
