pairing without knowing what’s coming next.

Wine enthusiast Ross

James has carefully selected two wines to accompany each

course, while our Head Chef Julien has created a

culinary journey designed to awaken the senses and surprise the

palate.

Every dish and wine has its

own story. Throughout the evening, Ross and Julien will talk you

through the inspiration, ingredients, flavours and fascinating

details behind each pairing, revealing a story only as you

experience it.

Expect four courses, with

two wines paired to each, and a series of unexpected flavours,

aromas and combinations, all designed to challenge your

expectations.
