This October, we're bringing the vibrant flavours and rich food
culture of St. Kitts - and we want you there!
In celebration of Black History Month, we've partnered with the
wonderful Esmie's Caribbean Fusion - one of our
beloved food partners right here at Alfred Works - for an exclusive
evening cooking class like no other. Led by the lovely Esmie and
Patrick, you'll spend the evening discovering the authentic dishes,
ingredients, and stories behind the cuisine of St. Kitts, guided
every step of the way in a warm, welcoming, and celebratory
atmosphere.
This is more than a cooking class. It's a cultural experience -
a chance to connect with Caribbean food heritage through the hands
and heart of someone who truly lives it.
Welcome cocktail - Killer Bee (a tropical rum cocktail
with pineapple, orange, warm Caribbean spices, and cinnamon)
Menu: Saltfish Cakes, Kittitian Brown Stew Chicken,
Banana Bread Pudding
No experience needed. Just bring your curiosity, your appetite,
and someone you love to cook with.
One ticket includes two adults - this class is designed
for pairs.
All ingredients and equipment provided. Alcohol will be served
during the session.
Please note: this event is strictly 18+. Guests under
the age of 18 are welcome only when accompanied by a paying adult.
Allergies and intolerances must be communicated at the time of
booking!
