place your trust in our Sake Sommelier. Omasake is an

ever-evolving monthly pairing experience where sake takes centre

stage, guiding each course and revealing new dimensions of flavour

along the way.

courses, each paired with a sake selected on the day by our Sake

Sommelier. No two experiences are quite the same, allowing us to

showcase the diversity, character, and artistry of sake while
