925 Day Party

925 is a 21+ outdoor Sunday day party hosted by “The Lab” at Beacon NY’s The Yard. 925 aims to bring a piece of NYC club culture to the Hudson Valley. Its mission is to create music-focused experiences built around exceptional DJs, intentional design, and a carefully curated community. If you used to love going out to dance all night but your schedule just won't allow it anymore, we're doing this for you on a Sunday, during the day! Food and alcohol will be served by "Oui Oui", "Dalmation Pizza", and "The Kitchen at The Yard" with appropriately themed brunch options, including mimosas, cold brew coffee, fluffy eggs, croissants, danishes, quiches, fresh salads, as well as NA Beer for those who do not wish to partake. Doors open on Sunday, September 27th at 9 with performances going until 5. ;) Not only is this meant to be a safe space for busy adults to have fun, we also aim to be a safer space without racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia and ableism. We're expecting everyone to bring a positive, communal attitude as we create this recurring event together. 925 is an event that seeks to gather like minded individuals that value a pause from constant digital (dis)connectivity and “content” creation. This is an unplugged event; we ask that phone use be kept to a minimum and away from the dance floor entirely. Remember, this is a dance party, do not come just to hang out and talk— come to dance! Beacon, NY is easily accessible by Metro-North rail from NYC.
