Gordon Chapman-Fox, aka Warrington-Runcorn New Town Development Plan (WRNTDP), is bringing his captivating, propulsive, cinematic electronica project to the Hot Box. Over six albums and three EPs, since 2020, he has impeccably soundtracked the construction and growth of a northern English community from the mid-1970s to early 1980s, rendered in shimmering arpeggios and soaring, euphoric leads. WRNTDP is a bold visual aesthetic and striking retro-futuristic audio identity seamlessly melded together into one evocative musical package. As a musical entity, WRNTDP is in constant flux and is a perfect soundtrack for the building of a new world, or the ending of an old one.

bada duüm (pronounced bah-dah-doom) is a one-woman tour de force live electronic audiovisual act from Colchester. The sound is heavy on the beats and the bass; it’s doomy but joyful. Expect eclectic mashups of psychedelic, organic and experimental beats with hints of industrial, techno, baile funk and more. bada duüm toured with Snapped Ankles insummer. In August 2026, they recently released duümtape vol 2, an EP that upped the tempo and expanded the bada duüm sound into more club territory.

This will be an early show and the main act will take the stage at 17:30. It will likely sell out so early purchase is recommended.
