On A Winter’s Night: Larkin, Eberhardt, Gorka, Kaplansky

On A Winter’s Night featuring Cliff Eberhardt, John Gorka, Lucy Kaplansky, Patty Larkin

The beloved "On A Winter’s Night" reunion tour brings together four of folk music’s most celebrated singer-songwriters: Patty Larkin, Cliff Eberhardt, John Gorka, and Lucy Kaplansky.

Originally assembled by Christine Lavin for the classic 1994 album \On A Winter’s Night\, these veteran artists return to celebrate the season through masterful songwriting, rich harmonies, and decades of musical friendship.

Patty Larkin pairs inventive guitar work with evocative lyrics and vocals. Praised as “riveting,” “hypnotic,” and “drop-dead brilliant,” she remains one of contemporary folk’s most adventurous artists.

Cliff Eberhardt combines extraordinary guitar playing, intelligent songwriting, and a distinctive raspy voice in performances that move effortlessly between contemporary folk and blues.

John Gorka, hailed by Rolling Stone as a leader of the New Folk movement, is known for his sophisticated, original songs and deeply expressive storytelling.

Lucy Kaplansky blends folk, country, and pop with an unmistakable voice that has made her an acclaimed solo artist and sought-after collaborator for Suzanne Vega, Nanci Griffith, Shawn Colvin, and others.

Four remarkable voices reunite for an intimate evening celebrating winter, friendship, and the enduring power of a beautifully written song.
