“Kabhi kabhi mere dil mein khayal aata hai…” For generations, a few words have been enough to bring Mukesh and his unmistakable voice to mind. KCC presents Dastaan-e-Mukesh, a musical-theatrical tribute to Mukesh Chand Mathur, revisiting the songs, stories and screen memories through which his voice became an enduring part of Hindi cinema. Devanand Jha brings Mukesh’s much-loved songs to the stage, while Nidhikant Pandey traces the life and journey behind them. Come spend an evening remembering the music that gave voice to love, longing and heartbreak, and continues to find listeners across generations.
