NZ EV & Tech EXPO

The NZ EV & Tech EXPO comes to Auckland Showgrounds, 217 Green Lane West, for three days: Friday 13 to Sunday 15 November 2026, open 10:30am to 5:30pm daily. This is the first year of the expo, with Geely as title automotive sponsor. EVs and hybrids from 18 car brands, among them Tesla, Toyota, Volvo, Polestar and Subaru, are on display, and selected models can be test driven at the venue. Closed-toe shoes are required for a test drive. On the tech side, look for Unitree humanoid robots, Hypershell exoskeletons, Pudu service robots and EV charging and energy displays. The Future Mobility Stage features industry speakers, beginning with an opening ceremony from 10:30 to 11am on the first day, and seminars cover subjects such as battery safety, finance and charging infrastructure. All visitors need to register beforehand, and anyone under 16 must attend with a parent or guardian.
