Data Center Symposium 2026

For its third Data Center Symposium, IDA – Italian Datacenter Association has set a date of Thursday, 8 October 2026. IDA's announcement places it at Parco dei Principi Grand Hotel & SPA in Rome, and the Eventbrite listing adds the address, Via Gerolamo Frescobaldi 5, along with a schedule running from 1 PM to 9 PM. The subject is Italy's digital infrastructure: public bodies and figures from the sector are due to debate how data centers contribute to the national economy and to digital growth. The Eventbrite agenda opens with registration and a light lunch at 1 PM. Journalist and author Barbara Carfagna, who moderates, welcomes attendees at 2 PM. Institutional greetings follow from 2:15 to 3:30 PM, and ministers Gilberto Pichetto Fratin and Adolfo Urso appear on the list for that session. Cocktails, a buffet dinner and informal networking close the day. Tickets are handled through Eventbrite, where the stated policy permits refunds until 1 day before the event.
