It was held on Saturday 31 October 2026, from 12 PM to 7 PM, at DB55 (Danzigerbocht 55) in Amsterdam's Houthavens. The host was HARRO, a Japanese supermarket in Amstelveen, which brought producers of Japanese food and drink based in the Netherlands together in one venue. The food stalls offered ramen, sushi, onigiri, karaage, takoyaki and mentaiko pasta. To drink there was sake and Japanese natural wine, along with matcha, hojicha, sweets and Japanese bakery items. Anyone 18 or older was required to sign up, and visitors under 18 needed no ticket at all. Alcoholic drinks went only to adults who could show ID. Each stall took its own payments, so guests were advised to carry a card plus a little cash.
