Join Legnai for a deeply restorative Aerial Soundbath in London — an immersive relaxation experience combining the gentle support of aerial hammocks with the soothing vibrations of sound. Suspended comfortably in your hammock, you’ll be invited to slow down, soften and simply receive. As you settle into stillness, therapeutic sounds and vibrations will create a calming space for you to switch off from the outside world and reconnect with yourself. This experience is designed to support deep relaxation, stress release, nervous-system rest and inner calm. No aerial or meditation experience is required — this is not an aerial fitness class. The hammocks are used as a supportive space for relaxation.
