Instantly recognisable for his deep baritone flow, Chali 2na rose to prominence with Jurassic 5, becoming one of the defining voices of alternative Hip-Hop with tracks including What’s Golden, Concrete Schoolyard and Quality Control.

His career has now spanned more than three decades, both as a solo artist and collaborator, working with artists including Linkin Park, Blackalicious, Krafty Kuts and K’naan, as well as being a founding member of Grammy-winning group Ozomatli.

For this special Swansea show, Chali 2na is joined by long-time collaborator and turntablist A-Skillz, backed by a full live band for a set spanning Jurassic 5 classics, solo material and collaborations.
