How do we find peace in a busy world and carry that peace into the way we care for others?

Join internationally bestselling author and Zen Buddhist teacher Haemin Sunim and humanitarian, spiritual teacher and author Hanuman Dass for an afternoon exploring the connection between inner peace and compassion in everyday life.

An opportunity to pause, reflect and discover how ancient wisdom can guide us towards greater stillness, kindness and meaningful action amid the pressures of modern life.

The conversation

Together, Haemin Sunim and Hanuman Dass will explore:

Finding stillness in a busy world: making space for inner peace amid everyday pressures.

Extending compassion beyond ourselves: connecting personal wellbeing with care for others.

Responding to suffering with kindness: bringing greater awareness and compassion to how we respond.

Connecting inner change with selfless service: exploring how peace within can inspire meaningful action.

Bringing ancient wisdom into modern life: finding guidance for how we live, relate to others and contribute to a more compassionate world.
