Not sure which to choose? In partner dancing, every dance has two roles - the Leader and the Follower. The Leader: initiates and guides the movement - directing where the partnership goes, when to turn, and how the dance flows. It’s a creative and communicative role. The Follower: receives and interprets those signals - responding, adding their own styling, and bringing the partnership to life. Following is just as skilled and expressive as leading.
