Unsolved Case Files: a true crime murder mystery in Bristol 🔍

Solve a murder mystery case file with a table of new people at King Street Brew House, Bristol, on Thursday 17 December. No detective experience needed, and you're welcome to come on your own.

Ever finished a true crime documentary convinced you'd have solved it faster? Thursday is your chance to prove it.

Your table of five becomes the task force. You get the full case file: over 50 pieces of evidence, from crime scene photos and witness statements to autopsy reports and newspaper clippings. There are no actors or scripted clues. It's your team and the evidence, with three things to crack: prove the original suspect was innocent, break the alibi, and name the killer with the evidence to put them away.

What the night is like
Picture it: a table of people you met ten minutes ago, someone holding a crime scene photo up to the light, and the whole team arguing about whose story doesn't add up. By the time the alibi falls apart, you'll know everyone's name and exactly who to trust with a theory.

Do I need to come with a team? No. Book on your own and we'll place you with others before the night starts, or book five together for your own table.
Do I need any detective experience? No, just the will to argue a theory.
Do I have to drink? No. The bar's open if you want something, but there's no need to drink.
Can I get a refund? Tickets aren't refundable, so check the date before you book. If we cancel or move the event, you'll get your money back.
