JOY DIVERSION - THE JOY DIVISION TRIBUTE CHORLTON SPORTS & SOCIAL CHORLTON, MANCHESTER Saturday 14th November 2027 Joy Diversion are a Manchester based Joy Division tribute band formed in 2025 consisting of: Alan Hall as Ian Curtis Lewis Wright as Bernard Sumner Danny Brab as Peter Hook Matt Anderson as Stephen Morris The band is made up of four experienced musicians who are all avid Joy Division fans. Their mission is to recreate the awe-inspiring live sound and vision of one of the most influential bands ever to take the stage. The band pays great attention to detail, utilising vintage equipment to ensure authenticity. They aim to sit in that sweet spot between the live and studio versions to appeal to both people who attended the original gigs and younger fans perhaps more familiar with the recorded versions. Joy Diversion bring the music of Joy Division to Chorlton Sports & Social for a full headline show featuring songs including Disorder, Transmission, She’s Lost Control, Shadowplay, Digital and Love Will Tear Us Apart.
