Organised by Motherkind and G&G The Goosebumps Company, the festival brings together fitness, wellness, inspiring conversation and a joyful all-female music finale.The big drawcard is international fitness icon Kayla Itsines, co-founder of the Sweat app, who is visiting South Africa for the very first time to lead a live bootcamp on stage.
