If you've ever suspected that theatre is barely controlled chaos, Noises Off is here to prove you gloriously right. LAMTA brings Michael Frayn's legendary farce to the Pieter Toerien Montecasino Main Theatre — widely regarded as one of the funniest plays ever written, this backstage comedy spirals into magnificent mayhem as everything that can possibly go wrong does, repeatedly and brilliantly.

What it is: A play-within-a-play that pulls back the curtain on a fictional theatre production falling spectacularly apart
Writer: Michael Frayn, the master of theatrical farce
Presented by: LAMTA (a performing arts training academy)
Confirmed performance: 5 October 2025 at 14:00, with the run beginning from 3 October 2025
Tickets: R150 to R300, with concession pricing at R200 for seniors and students
Suits: Theatre lovers, comedy fans, and anyone who enjoys watching perfectly timed disaster unfold on stage

Book your seats through Webtickets and treat yourself to an afternoon of pure, unapologetic laughter.
