2026 Taste of Central New York - VENDORS

The Taste of Central New York event aims to highlight foods and artisan products that are prepared from locally sourced ingredients and materials, (not all ingredients/materials need to be locally sourced). The event runs from 10:00AM to 2:00PM on November 7, 2026 at North Star Orchards in Westmoreland, NY. There is no fee to participate but Committee approval is required upon completion of your registration. Vendors are required to provide free samples of food and/or artisans or an interactive experience. Certificate of insurance is required and all other documentation to sell in New York State, must be displayed. The booths are 8' x 8'. You must bring your own tables, chairs, paper products and if you need electricity, you must furnish the extension cords. Set up time will begin at 8:00AM and must be completed by 9:30AM. You are required to do your own prep work and kitchen facilities will not be available. You are required to remain on site until the end of the event.
