Join the Odum School of Ecology and the Turner Foundation for Groundswell: Film Screening and Conversation. This acclaimed, Golden Globe–winning documentary—narrated by Demi Moore and Woody Harrelson—takes the audience on a global journey into the regenerative movement, showing how farmers, ranchers, scientists, change-makers, and Indigenous leaders are restoring ecosystems through regenerative agriculture.
The evening includes a screening, followed by a live panel discussion including UGA alumni Will Harris (White Oak Pastures) and Jamila Norman (Homegrown and Patchwork City Farms), Jodi Benoit (White Oak Pastures) and Laura Turner Seydel (Turner Foundation) to further discuss the ecology of the regenerative movement in Georgia, with reception featuring local farms.
Doors open at 5:30 p.m.; screening begins at 6 p.m.
