Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street

An iconic musical thriller set in 19th-century London, Sweeney Todd follows a barber who returns from wrongful exile seeking revenge on the corrupt judge who destroyed his life. With the help of the resourceful Mrs. Lovett and her struggling pie shop, he resumes his trade upstairs, and his quest for vengeance takes a chilling turn. Featuring one of Stephen Sondheim’s most powerful and celebrated scores, this is a haunting tale of obsession, justice and the consequences of revenge.
