Research Administrator Day 2026

Please join us for the fourth annual Research Administrator (RA) Day at the Yale West Campus Conference Center. The event convenes experts from across Yale’s research enterprise to share updates, practical guidance, and strategies that support outstanding research administration. The event is open to research administrators at Yale and is held both in-person and online. In-person capacity is limited, so please only register for in-person attendance if you are able to join. (And please update your registration in the event your plan changes). Programming runs throughout the day, beginning with breakfast at 8:15 AM and Welcome Remarks at 9:00 AM, a networking lunch  (including Zoom breakout-room networking), and concluding with a reception from 4:30 – 5:30 PM.
