Join us on Mondays 12-1 p.m. for a read along and activity for youth ages 5-8 years old.

Healthy Me is a fun, interactive program that helps children build confidence, make healthy choices, and develop important social and emotional skills through the power of stories. Each session features a children's book, engaging discussions, and hands-on activities that encourage youth to practice positive behaviors they can use at home, in school, and with friends.

Youth will explore topics such as:

Building self-confidenceMaking and keeping healthy friendshipsSolving problems and handling challengesMaking smart, responsible decisionsUnderstanding and respecting differencesDeveloping healthy habitsPracticing kindness and mindfulnessRecognizing positive and negative influencesHealthy Me helps children grow into confident, caring, and resilient individuals while fostering a lifelong love of reading.
