Counseling and Psychological Services Process Group

All UWF students are invited to join Counseling and Psychological Services in Room 200A at the Student Wellness Center (Building 960) from 3 to 4:30 p.m. on the following Mondays in the Fall 2026 semester for Process Group, a confidential group where you can connect with peers, find support, and explore diverse perspectives.

August 24August 31September 14September 21September 28October 5October 12October 19October 26November 2November 9November 16The Process Group offers a safe, non-judgmental environment led by a licensed mental health professional for students to examine their emotions, develop a deeper awareness of their interpersonal style, make sense of their relationship experiences, improve self esteem, and practice new behavioral strategies.
