Kevin J. Huber is an alumnus of the University of Miami School of Law, J.D. (2011), magna cum laude, and is currently Counsel at LALIVE in London, where he specializes in international commercial and investment arbitration and litigation across common and civil law jurisdictions. His practice focuses particularly on disputes arising from major construction and infrastructure projects, advising international clients across industries including nuclear energy, oil and gas, mining, manufacturing, financial services, and insurance. Kevin has extensive experience with leading international arbitration rules, including ICC, LCIA, Swiss Rules, UNCITRAL, and ICSID. He has also been recognized by Legal 500 UK for his outstanding ability to analyze both the legal and commercial implications of potential arbitrations.
