We've all had those moments where, whether in our personal or work lives, we ask someone to do something, they do it, and it isn't what we expected. Often times, this scenario happens due to unclear communication of expectations on our part and lack of clarifying them on theirs. To avoid those issues with our graduate students, let's meet and chat about how to start off our work together with clear expectations.
